Inclusive gymnastics for all ages and abilities. Learn new skills, earn awards, and grow in a safe, supportive environment.

Baby, Toddler & Preschool

Our early years programme offers structured classes and Stay & Play sessions for ages 0–6, encouraging movement, confidence, and creativity in a fun, nurturing setting.

Ninja / Parkour

High-energy obstacle-based training that’s all about flips, jumps, and thrill. Strength, agility, and serious fun!

Adults Cheer

​Free, inclusive cheer sessions for adults—boost your fitness, confidence, and mood. And yes, the kids can come too!

Parties & Holiday Camps

Exciting school holiday camps and themed party packages for all ages and abilities—including cheer, gymnastics, sensory play, and ninja fun. Room hire also available!

Sensory Room
